Bookings and payment
Group tours are booked online and paid by card through WeTravel, our booking platform. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. Prices are in US dollars, per person, and include the tour option you select, such as the lunch restaurant.
Private tours are quoted on WhatsApp and confirmed with you before the date.
What the price includes
Each tour page lists what is included and what is not. Entrance tickets are not part of the tour price; you can add them in the Add-ons step of the checkout or pay them in cash, in soles, on the day. See what’s included.
Pickup
Pickup is from hotels and Airbnbs in central Cusco, or from a meeting point in the historic center. We send your exact pickup time on WhatsApp the night before. Please be ready at that time and share a WhatsApp number where we can reach you.
Itinerary and timing
Times published on this website are reference times from our regular departures. Traffic, weather and conditions at each site can shift them, and the order of the stops may change slightly.
Groups and guides
Group tours are shared with other travelers, up to 17–18 per departure, with one certified guide who speaks English and Spanish.
Health and altitude
The tours reach 3,762 m above sea level. Travelers are responsible for checking that they are fit to travel; if you have a heart or breathing condition, or are pregnant, ask your doctor before booking. Tell your guide if you feel unwell during the tour.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is not included. We recommend travelling with your own insurance.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations, date changes and refunds follow our cancellation policy.
